2) At the outset, Ms. Shalini Shankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to amend to correct the number of days delay. 3) Leave to amend, granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
4) Present Application seeking condonation of 103 days delay in filing this Application and to restore the aforesaid Appeal which came to be dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional Order dated 25/09/2024. 5) Learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 6 has no serious objection to condone the delay.
6) Considering the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the other grounds stated in the Application, I am inclined to allow this Application. Hence, the following Order :- 1/2
