Contesting the remarks of the Registry that the matter pertains to the Kolhapur Circuit Bench, Mr. R. K. Mendadkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue is arising out of order of Caste Scrutiny Committee, Pune district. Therefore, such remarks of the Registry is untenable.
