This Interim Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 29th April, 2014 by which this Court had appointed an expert Committee which was chaired by Dr. Justice S. Radhakrishnan, a former Judge of this Court.

Unfortunately, during the pendency of the PIL petition, Dr. Justice S. Radhakrishnan has expired. Therefore, it has become necessary to modify the order dated 29th April, 2014. Smt. Justice Mridula Bhatkar, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Chairperson of the expert Committee appointed by order dated 29th April, 2014 passed by this Court in place of late Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.
