This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 25 days in filing First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has opposed the application contending that sufficient cause is not made out. However, no reply is filed.

In view of the averments made in the application, especially paragraph Nos. 7 and 8, as also considering the nature of dispute between the husband and wife, sufficient cause is made out, application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
