By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Petitioner has prayed to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.7, who expired on 19th May 2020. There is some delay in filing of the Interim Application. We have perused the averments as made in the application and in our opinion, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayers Clauses (a), (b) and (c). 2.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the Petition be served on all the parties. 3.

After the amendment is carried out, list the Petition on 11th August, 2025 for admission.
