Mr.Takke, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant would deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest till date, in the Tribunal concerned within four weeks from today.

2) In view thereof, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a), till the next date i.e. 14th July 2025. If the amount is not deposited as stated above, the aforesaid ad-interim stay shall stand vacated without reference to this Court.
