Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Court is informed that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed and tendered before the jurisdictional Court.

The order dated 20 April 2023 passed by this Court in MCA No.475 of 2022 thereby staying the proceedings in MJ Petition No.3212 of 2013 stands vacated.

4.

As the parties have amicably resolved the dispute, the parties shall appear before the Family Court on 5 May 2025 and the learned Family Court shall pass appropriate orders on the consent terms. SSP 1/2
