Learned counsel for the society on instructions of Mr. Sadik Malim Secretary submits that the compliance for admitting the applicant as a member as per the order dated 5th January 2023 is carried out by the society except for entering the name in the original share certificate. He submits that though called upon, the applicant did not produce the original share certificate. Hence, the compliance could not be done. He on instructions submits that if the Page no. 1 of 2

15-ia-7245-2025-cp-169-2024.doc applicant produces the original share certificate tomorrow i.e. 1st May 2025 at 10:00 am in the society, immediate correction in the share certificate shall be carried out and the procedure shall be completed.

Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions of the Power of Attorney holder of the applicant who is present in the court submits that the original share certificate shall be produced in the office of the society tomorrow i.e. 1st May 2025 at 10:00 am for completing the formalities. Statement made on behalf of the parties are accepted as an undertaking to this court. 3.

List this application for recording compliance on 9th May 2025. 4.
