By this interim application, applicants have prayed that the petition, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution vide an order dated 02 April 2025 passed by this Court, be restored to the file of this Court. 2.

Having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause is made out to restore the petition to the file of this Court. We, accordingly, allow the interim application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
