The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that charge of the affairs of the Respondent no.4-Society would be handed over in view of the order dated 1st April 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.4296 of 2025 for the reason that such charge was taken despite the aforesaid order. It is stated that necessary steps in that regard would be taken tomorrow which is 6th May 2025. Statement is accepted. 2.

Time of four weeks is granted to Respondent nos.1 to 3 to file affidavit-in-reply.
