So far as regards the prayer clause 'b' is concerned, the learned AGP submits that the possession of the society office has been delivered. We do not find it appropriate to proceed with the matter further. Accordingly, the prayer clause 'b' is rejected.

The Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Pune may proceed with the Revision on its own merits. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
