Interim Application has been preferred seeking extension of time by one week for depositing enhanced amount as directed by order dated 16th April, 2024.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to lack of fund GMIDC, Aurangabad was not able to make arrangement for decretal amount within time and therefore there was delay in depositing the same in terms of order dated 16th April, 2024. 3.

In light of the explanation tendered the time to deposit enhanced amount is extended by period of one week from today. 4.

Interim/ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date.
