This application is for seeking stay to the impugned order passed in the land acquisition reference granting enhancement of the amount of compensation. By order dated 16th April 2024, adinterim stay was granted subject to depositing enhanced amount as per the award.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amount was not deposited within time granted. Hence, Interim Application No. 7426 of 2025, is filed for extension of time. She however, submits that now the entire amount has been deposited on 22nd April Page no. 2 of 3

2025.

Issue notice to respondent no.1, returnable on 13th January 2026.

In addition to the court notice, learned advocate for the application to serve respondent no.1, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Since, the amount is already deposited, the ad-interim stay granted on 16th April 2025, is extended till the next date. INTERIM APPLICATION N O. 7426 OF 2025 12.

This application is disposed of in view of the aforesaid order passed in the application for stay.
