This is an application for condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The applicant, it seems, had filed Revision Application before the District Court against the order rejecting the application for rejection of the plaint, purportedly under an incorrect advise. 3.

Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, delay of 60 days in filing Civil Revision Application stands condoned.

Civil Revision Application be numbered and listed for Admission after one week as a fresh matter.
