By this application, the applicant (petitioner) is seeking permission to serve the respondent through paper publication. The applicant has proposed service of notice through publication in local newspaper 'Vittambatami'.

This Court is of the opinion that in addition, the applicant should also publish notice in a reputed English newspaper. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed by granting permission to the applicant to serve the respondent through publication of notice in local newspaper 'Vittambatami', having circulation in District Kalyan and also to publish such notice in English newspaper 'Times of India'.

The returnable date on the notice shall be shown as '15.12.2025'. 5.

The proof of having published the notice in the newspapers shall be placed on record within four weeks from today. 6.
