Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The prayer in the Interim Application is to allow the Applicants to intervene in the Civil Revision Application assailing the legality, propriety and correctness of an order passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes affirming the decree of eviction passed by the Trial Court. 3.
The Applicants claimed to be the occupants of parts of the suit property, SSP 1/2
14 IA 7498 OF 2025.doc in respect of which the decree of eviction was passed. The said eviction decree was executed qua the premises which were in the occupation of the Applicants. The applicants have already been dispossessed in execution of the said decree. All these events, namely, decree for eviction, its confirmation by the Court of Appeal and execution of the decree, cannot be brought to a naught by entertaining the application for intervention in this proceeding.

The Interim Application stands dismissed.

Place CRA No.35 of 2024 along with WP No.2721 of 2024 on 22 July 2025.
6.
Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
