This Interim Application is taken out with seeking permission to deposit the due rent before the Small Causes Court, Bandra Branch, Mumbai. The Petition is admitted and the ad-interim relief has been granted by an Order dated 29th September 2010. Learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that the rent is due to be deposited from January, 2025, only.

For the reasons stated in the Application and no objection on behalf of the Respondents, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (c).

The Applicant is permitted to deposit the due rent before the Small Causes Court, Bandra Branch, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from today.
