In addition to Court's notice, the Applicant to serve the Respondents with private notice and file affidavit of service on or before the returnable date. Hamdast allowed. 3) In view of statement made by Mr. Mehta, the learned Advocate that the Applicant would deposit entire decreetal amount alongwith accrued interest till date in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangli within a period of six weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (A) till the next date i.e., 25th August, 2025. 4) The amount of statutory deposit shall be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangli.
