The above Interim Application is filed seeking permission to amend the above First Appeal in terms of the schedule annexed to the Interim Application. The amendments are sought basically because the Appellant before us, namely, "Aditya Birla Finance Ltd.", has now merged JULY 25, 2025 Uday S. Jagtap
39-7603-2025-IA=.doc with "Aditya Birla Capital Ltd." pursuant to a scheme of amalgamation approved by the NCLT on 24th March 2025. 3.
Considering these facts and circumstances, we allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a). Needless to clarify that the aforesaid amendment shall also be permitted in all the pending applications in the above First Appeal.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the First Appeal shall be served on the Advocates for the Respondents immediately thereafter. 5.
The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
