The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant would deposit cost of Rs. 500/- with the Kirtikar Law Library, on or before 13th June, 2025.

For the reasons set out, the Interim Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

The Petition will stand restored and would be registered, if all office objections are removed, on or before 13th June, 2025, failing which, the order of dismissal would stand restored, on 14th June, 2025.
