This is an application seeking restoration of accompanying writ petition, which stood dismissed on 03.03.2025 for non-prosecution, due to non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

It is stated in the application that the petitioner was represented by an advocate. But subsequently, another advocate was engaged. However, in the process, the name of the advocate engaged subsequently, was not reflected in the cause list. 3.

As a consequence, the advocate subsequently engaged by the petitioner could not appear on 03.03.2025, leading to dismissal of the petition for non-prosecution.

Considering the aforesaid reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Writ petition is restored and shall now be listed for further consideration on 20.06.2025.
