Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Appeal as well as Interim Application with liberty to pursue such other remedies as may be available vis-a-vis, the relief sought in this Petition.

The Appeal as well as the Interim Application filed are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

The interim protection which was granted by the Family Court and which was continued by this court from time to time to continue for a period of 3 weeks to enable the appellant/applicant to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum. Needless to state, that the proceeding, if any filed, to be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.

Needless to also state, that this interim protection which is continued shall not be construed as an expression of merit of the matter and as such the proceedings, if any filed, be decided on its own merits. 5.

Mr. Deshmukh states that the interim relief to continue only for 3 weeks and no further extension should be granted. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that she will not file any application seeking further extension of interim relief granted by this Court. (SANDESH D. PATIL, J.)
