The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Airline submits that the order passed by this Court on 6 February 2025 has been challenged by the Respondent-Airline before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. She would submit that one of the issues raised before the Hon'ble Apex Court is the discrepancies in the amount of compensation payable to the concerned workman. In that view of the matter, hearing of the present Application is deferred till the Special Leave Petition is taken up for hearing. 2.
