Petitioner has expired in the interregnum. Interim Application is filed for bringing his legal heirs on record. The death certificate of deceased Petitioner is appended at page No.13 of the

Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Delay in filing the Interim Application is condoned. Abatement, if any is set aside. 5.

Learned Advocate for Applicants is directed to carry out necessary amendment and implead the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner as per cause title of Application within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of amended cause-title shall be served by the learned Advocate for Petitioner on learned Advocate for Respondents.

Retain the position of the Writ Petitions on weekly Final Hearing Board as it is.
