2) Present Application seeking condonation of 39 days delay in filing this Application and to restore the aforesaid Appeal which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution vide Order dated 24th January, 2025. 3) Learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1A to 1C has no objection to condone the delay. None appeared for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 on 24/01/2025 when the Appeal was dismissed for non prosecution. 4) In view thereof and considering the other grounds stated in the Application, the delay of 39 days in filing this Application is condoned. The Order dated 24/01/2025 thereby dismissing the Appeal for default, is setaside. Appeal is restored to the stage at which it was dismissed. 5) Interim Application stands disposed of.

6) List the Appeal on 20th June, 2025.
