This Interim Application has been preferred by some of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 for being impeaded as party to the proceedings. Two of the legal heirs i.e. Mr. Vasudev Vithoba Mhatre and Mr. Dattatray Vithoba Mhatre, proposed Respondents Nos.1(d) and 1(e), have not joined in the Application, therefore, notice will have to be issued to them.
