Learned Advocate for the Respondents submits that in paragraph 3 of the order dated February 2, 2026, reference to Interim Application No.11715 of 2025 is erroneous. The said Interim Application (ST) No.17328 of 2025 is also to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 in terms of the February 16, 2026 Ashwini Vallakati

11-FA-1428-2005+.doc particulars set out in the application. This Interim Application is also allowed, bringing on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 and is accordingly finally disposed of.

Time to carry out the necessary changes is extended by a period of four weeks from the date of upload of this order. 4.

The order dated February 2, 2026 shall be corrected to effect the same and the corrected copy shall be uploaded. 5.

The Registry to verify the Interim Applications listed today, since it is the case of the Advocate for the Respondent that these Interim Applications have already been disposed of. The correct position shall be ascertained and the disposed of Applications should not be listed again. The Advocates have liberty to point out to the Registry the orders by which they were disposed of.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
