Interim Application No. 7675 of 2025 seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.1, while Interim Application (St) No. 17327 of 2025 seeks to bring on record legal heirs of the Respondent No.4.

For the reasons set out in the Applications, both the Interim Applications are allowed. The legal heirs may be brought on record. Necessary action may be taken within a period of two weeks from the upload of this order on the website of this Court. 3.
Interim Application (St) Nos. 11716 of 2025 and 17328 of 2025 are not on board. By consent of the parties, taken on board. The Interim Applications are taken out in the connected CrossObjections, for the same reasons are also allowed. 4.
