This application is for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that respondent was not represented when the conditional order was passed. He further submits that all office objections shall be removed within four weeks from today. 2.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to learned advocate for the appellants removing all office objections within four weeks from today.
