Interim Application No. 7687 of 2025 has been filed seeking vacation of the interim order dated 10 December 2024, by which a Division Bench of this Court had stayed the auction of cotton bales in favour of the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner agrees that a joint valuation be carried out and thereafter, the 1/2

JPP 2. IA 7687.2025.doc cotton bales be auctioned and the sale proceeds be deposited in this Court. However, in the absence of the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, no order can be passed on Interim Application No. 7687 of 2025. The hearing of the same is deferred.
