Mr.Phulsunder, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant will deposit entire decretal amount along with accrued interest in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur within six weeks from today.

2) In view of the aforesaid statement, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (b) till the next date i.e. 25th August 2025. If the Applicant fails to deposit the amount as stated above, the said adinterim stay order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
