Heard learned Counsel for the parties states that there is already an order directing the impleadement of CIDCO in the main Petition. But the same is not yet complied. 2.
Mr. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the Petitioners state s that CIDCO will be immediately impleaded as a party as Respondent to the main Petition. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Ms. Bansali appears and waives service on behalf of CIDCO. The Petitioners have also applied for leave to amend the main Petition. The Main Petition is admitted. Accordingly, leave is granted.

The amendment is to be carried out by 09 May 2025. Amended copies of the Petition to be served upon learned Counsel for the Respondents, including Ms. Bansali who appears for CIDCO.

Mr. Hegde, learned Counsel for the CIDCO states that CIDCO will file its reply to the amended Petition. Mr Hegde for CIDCO and Mr. Patel, learned AGP state that replies would be filed to the amended Petition by 20 June 2025 by serving advance copies.

Rejoinder, if any, to be filed by 30 June 2025. 7.
List the matter for further consideration on 10 June 2025.

The Interim Application for seeking leave to amend the Petition is disposed of.
