The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendments to the Writ Petition as per the Schedule annexed thereto. These amendments are sought to bring certain subsequent developments on record. Considering these facts and also considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not find any impediment in allowing the above Interim Application. APRIL 30, 2025 Uday S. Jagtap

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed and the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week and the amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of one week thereafter. The Respondents are free to file their Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of four weeks from the date of service of the amended Writ Petition on the Respondents. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
