We are informed that the High Power Committee ('HPC') after giving hearing to the petitioner, has passed an order on 3rd June, 2025. We are informed that the HPC has arrived at the same conclusion i.e. it has reiterated its earlier order directing shifting of elephant - Mahadevi from Kolhapur to the respondent No.6. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to impugned the said order passed by the HPC. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, latest by tomorrow. Advance 2/3

copy of the amended petition to be served on the learned Counsel for the respective respondents.

Leave to amend to implead the respondent No.7 is extended till 3rd July, 2025.
