These Interim Applications are taken out for recall/setting aside order dated 1st April 2025 passed by this Court. By the said order dated 1st April 2025, the Writ Petition No.1826 of 2003, Writ Petition No.3994 of 2001, Interim Application No.15149 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.3994 of 2001 are dismissed for nonprosecution. 2.
For the reasons set out in the Interim Applications, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, the Writ Petition No.1826 of 2003, Writ Petition No.3994 of 2001, Interim Application No.15149 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.3994 of 2001 are restored to the file of this Court. 4.
As the Writ Petitions are of the year 2001 and 2003, add the same in the final hearing board commencing from 9th June 2025. 5.
The Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
