This application is for restoration of the second appeal which was dismissed for non removal of the office objections. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the respondents were not represented when the conditional order was passed. He further submits that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to the learned advocate for the appellants removing all office objections within six weeks from today.
