The relief sought in this Interim Application to extend the time granted for payment of rent by order dated 18th February 2025 by a period of two weeks.

Mr. Oka, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents opposes the request. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the time is extended for a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
