2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties on this Interim Application which has prayed that respondent No.3 be directed to extend the validity of the NOC by eight weeks or for other period as this Court deems feet.

3. Mr. Subir Kumar, learned counsel for respondent would submit that for such extension, the petitioner needs to make an application which can be 05 May 2025 Kiran Kawre

505-IA-7828-2025.DOC considered and appropriate orders would be passed in that regard. Let the applicant make an application within two days from today. If such an application is made, let an order be passed thereon by 9 May 2025.

4. Mr. Dhond, informes that the application can be made by tomorrow.

5. Needless to observe that this shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. All contentions on the decision which may be taken on the proposed application are expressly kept open as the writ petition is pending.
