Heard learned Counsel for the parties. These Applications are filed seeking permission to deposit the rent arrears in this Court or directly to the Respondent-Landlord from February 2020 onwards in respect of two suit premises at the rate fixed earlier by Appellate Court under order dated 12.02.2009. Such rent has been paid earlier.

Learned Advocate for the sole Respondent-Landlord states on instructions that, if the amount is directly paid to the landlord, receipts will akn 1/2

Considering the submissions, both Applications are disposed of by directing as follows, during pendency of the Civil Revision Applications : (A) The Applicant to pay the arrears from February 2020 till end of September 2025, for both suit premises, @ Rs.500/- per month, within a period of four weeks from today. (B) The Applicant to further pay rent @ Rs.500/- per month from October 2025 onwards, on or before 10th of each month. (C) Arrears and regular rent to be paid by cheque directly to landlord, for which landlord shall issue receipt (without prejudice).
