Heard Mr. Rutuparn Deo, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

This Interim Application is filed seeking relief to set aside the order dated 2nd April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By the said order two weeks time was granted to remove the office objections, failing which, the registration of the Civil Revision Application was refused.

Mr. Rutuparn Deo, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Civil Revision Application is at the preSonali

916-IA-7849-2025.DOC admission stage and even notice has not been issued in the Civil Revision Application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application (ST) No.4489 of 2025 along with Interim Application No.6819 of 2025 are restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objections within a period of five weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, then without further reference to this Court, the Civil Revision Application shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
