Interim Application has been filed seeking stay of the execution of the judgment and award dated 13th February 2024, passed in LAR No.13 of 2014.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondents submits that the Respondent No.1 has expired and details have already furnished to the Applicants. Mr. Chavan, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Appellant seeks time to take necessary steps for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 on record. Let appropriate steps be taken before the next date.

Mr. Chavan, would pray for an ad-interim stay of the execution of Mane 1 of

34-IA 7867-25 IN FA-.doc the judgment and award dated 13th February 2024, as execution proceedings have already been filed, which is sought to be opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents.

As the proceedings arise out of Land Acquisition proceedings and amounts to a money decree, let the entire decreetal amount alongwith accrued interest be deposited in the Reference Court within a period of 8 weeks from today.

The execution of the interim judgment and Award dated 13th February 2024, is stayed subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount alongwith accrued interest in the Reference Court. It is open for the Applicants to make necessary application before the Reference Court for withdrawal of the said amount, which will be considered in accordance with law.

List the application for further consideration after 29th July 2025.
