Interim Application No. 375 of 2026, and Interim Application No. 14273 of 2025 is not on board. Upon mentioning, the same are taken on board.

The substantive First Appeals have already been admitted. The decretal amount has been deposited in all the matters and the claimants have already withdrawn the same.

In that view of the matter, the Interim Applications seeking stay do not survive and stand disposed of.

It is submitted that in the connected Appeals, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has permitted the claimants to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount subject to filing the usual undertaking, and has directed that the remaining 40% be invested in a fixed deposit. Accordingly, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited by the Appellant, subject to filing the usual undertaking before the Reference Court. The balance 40%
shall be invested by the Reference Court in a fixed deposit with a nationalised bank initially for a period of one year, renewable from time to time, subject to further orders of this Court. 5.
All Interim Applications seeking stay stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The Appellants shall file the private paper book within a period of one year from today.
