Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 2nd December 2024, by which Interim Application No.12105 of 2024, came to be dismissed for non prosecution for default in payment of Bhatta Charges.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently the order of 2nd December 2024, was not noted and the Bhatta charges were not paid within time. He submits that necessary compliance will be done within a period of one week from today. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that the Mane 1 of

Considering that the conditional order of dismissal was passed for non-payment of Bhatta charges there is no necessity for issuing fresh notices to Respondent No.1 and 2.

Delay of 141 days caused in filing this interim application is condoned. The conditional Order of 2nd December 2024, is recalled and Interim Application No.12105 of 2024 is restored to file. 6.
