Mr. Vakil, learned counsel for the original plaintiff/respondent no.1 states that this Court by a speaking order dated 06th October, 2025 refused to grant stay of the impugned order dated 19th January, 2018. 3.

In view of the said fact, Corporation should act upon the consequences to follow from such refusal order. On the next date, Corporation should make a statement about the steps they have taken pursuant to above directions.
