1) Interim Application is filed seeking extension of time indicated in para-2 of order dated 18 February 2025. Mr. Salunkhe, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant-Original Petitioner would submit that Petitioner has already deposited amount of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Lakhs only) with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner after passing of order dated 18 February 2025. He would submit that for making deposit of balance amount, some time would be required as Petitioner is proposing to sell some of the immovable properties. In that view of the matter, time for deposit of balance amount shall stand extended till 30 June 2025. Interim Application is accordingly disposed of.
