The above Interim Application is filed seeking a restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution by Order dated 18th November 2024. Since the Petitioner did not appear before the Court on the last date, this Court dismissed the above Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

There is also a delay of 98 days in preferring the above Restoration Application. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties as well as Respondent No.2, who is appearing in person today, we hereby condone the delay and restore the above Writ Petition to the file of this Court. We make it clear to the Petitioner that if the Writ Petition is again dismissed for default/non-prosecution, no Application for restoration will thereafter be entertained.
