Interim Application No. 8060 of 2025 seeks condonation of delay.

2.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the delay is condoned.

3.

Interim Application No. 8061 of 2025 seeks a stay on the execution of the Impugned Judgement and Award dated November 24, 2022. Subject to a full deposit along with interest as awarded, computed until today i.e., January 30, 2026, being deposited with the Registry of the jurisdictional Court which passed the Impugned Order, within a period of eight weeks from today, the execution of the Impugned Award shall remain stayed.

Subject to furnishing of such security or conditions as may be imposed by the jurisdictional Court that passed the Impugned Order, the amounts may also be withdrawn by the Respondent. 5.

Interim Application Nos. 8060 of 2025 and 8061 of 2025 are disposed of accordingly.

List the First Appeal (St.) No. 13146 of 2025 along with First Appeal No. 2535 of 2025, on February 10, 2026, under the caption "For Case Management Hearing".

7.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
