The Applicant-wife is the Respondent in the Writ Petition. 3.

Learned Counsel for the original Petitioner states that the Respondent-wife be allowed to withdraw the amount subject to the Dusane

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present Applicant to withdraw Rs.6,56,758/- deposited by the Petitioner in this Hon'ble Court in pursuance of the order dated 13/09/2024 in Writ Petition No.12760 of 2024."

The Registry of this Court is directed to pay said amount of Rs.6,56,758/- alongwith accrued interest, if any to the Respondent-Sandhya Sunny Dey.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
