This Interim Application has been filed by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 10114 of 2012. In view of it recently coming to the attention of the Petitioner-Applicant through various credible news sources and media reports that Jashvik Capital Advisory LLP is in the process of acquiring a --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Order dated 5th December 2025

Sudhir Bhatia Trading vs. The Central Government of India IA 8111/2025 In WP 10114/2012 stake in Midas Hygiene Industries Pvt Ltd. This has been stated in paragraph no. 6 of the Interim Application. It is further stated that, this acquisition if allowed to proceed without judicial oversight, may result in creation of thirdparty rights that could irreversibly prejudice the outcome of the present Writ Petition. In view thereof, the Petitioner-Applicant has sought for interim relief.

Ms. Monal Trivedi, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 states on instructions that Jashvik Capital Advisory LLP is not acquiring the State in Midas Hygiene Industries Pvt. Ltd. The Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the above statement, the relief sought for in the Interim Application is not being pressed by the Petitioner-Applicant. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall no order as to costs.
