Interim Application has been preferred seeking restoration of the First Appeal which has been dismissed for non filing of the paper-book within the period of six months.

Mr. Sonavane, learned AGP submits that due to Covid pandemic the private paper-book could not be filed within time. He submits that the order of filing of paper-book was inadvertently not noticed and therefore the delay has occurred. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent fairly does Shubham Talle 1 of

For the reasons stated, the Interim Application is allowed. The First Appeal is restored to file.
